1 whole or 1pkg of butternut squash diced
3 tbl olive oil
4 cups of water with veg.boullion or vegetable broth
2 tbls. tarragon
2tbls of dill salt and peppercumin (optional)
1. In a large pot, saute onion in olive oil for 5 minutes or untilsoft.
2. Add all other ingredients
3. Bring to boil and then simmer for 30 minutes
4. Let cool down and put in blender until smooth
This is similar to my squash soup without the farina to make it cleanse friendly.
