Easy Black Bean Burger

Ingredients

1 can of black beans,drained (or 2 cups cooked beans) *1 carrot, diced *1/2 small onion, diced *1/2cup quinoa flakes (or substitute with a cooked grain) seasalt to taste *1/4 cupsunflower seeds, toasted (substitute or add any nut or seed) Garlic powder optional

Directions

Mash beans
*Mix all ingredients together to form patties
*Brown on skillet or bake at 350 until browned (about 30 minutes)
