½-3/4 cup almond, or coconut milk (Unsweetened) 

½ cup green tea or water 

2 tablespoons of protein powder or nut butter/nuts 

1 cup fresh greens (fresh spinach, kale, arugula,frozen broccoli) 

1 teaspoon agave nectar, xylitol, stevia or Lakanto

 ½ cup frozen berries & ½ banana or whole small banana if not adding berries (may also use 2 T. coconut)

 Optional: 2 Tablespoons Cocoa Powder (Good Quality) 

Add Chia Seeds or ground flax seed or flax oil, Ice


Blend well and enjoy


Have for breakfast for a great start to the day or as a lightmeal. If not using green tea, add ½ cup water.
