Homemade Flat Bread

Ingredients

2 cups of flour (quinoa,almond....)

1 tsp. salt, 1/2 cup water

2-3 Tbl. olive oil 

herbs and spices ofyour choice (basil, rosmary, dill....)

Directions

Mix together, roll into ball,itwill be sticky. Flatten on non-stick pan,(put water on hands if too sticky)

Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes.
