1 1/3 cup almond meal flour

1/2 tsp. baking soda

 1/8 tsp. sea salt 

1 tbl. cinnamon

 1/3 cup agave 

1 large organic egg

 1 tbl. almond milk 

1/2 cup organic pumpkin puree

 1/4 cup choppedwalnuts or pecans (optional)


Preheat oven to 350. Mix allingredients in a bowl. Spray a loaf pan and put batter in it. 

Bake for about 40 minutes oruntil knife comes out clean.
