Quinoa & Apple Breakfast Warmer

1/2 cup quinoa

1 cup of water

 1 apple

1/2 lemon

 Cinnamon Raisins (optional)


Rinse quinoa and place in potwith water. Bring to boil. Lower heat and simmer for 15 minutes.

As you are reaching the end of15 minutes, grate apple and zest of lemon and put in for the last minute ortwo.

Serve in bowls and sprinklewith cinamon.
